Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary by destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Dokte Bann is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during international shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at vanel.sylvestre@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
