Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, herbs)

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened creams, oils, or hygiene products)

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at vanel.sylvestre@outlook.com.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first at vanel.sylvestre@outlook.com to receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
